live 作为及物动词时，只能是类似 live a life 这样的说法，很明显，在...地方生活之中的“地方”是不能做live的宾语的。因此：

可以把地点变为副词作状语：This is where to live.

或者把地点变为介词短语：This is the place to live in. (live in the place)

应该是live in

因为live 是不及物动词，就像

this is a pen to write with.

this is paper to write on .

live in.

live在这里是非及物动词，后面必须跟介词
