是纷歧样的。

us,of是介词,介词后面用宾格,us是宾格

弥补:at ,of, in ,about等都是介词

The duty of us students is to learn the course well.

用us,us 与student在那应该是宾语的同位语关系，暗示我们做为学生的责任...别的，恰似也能够，暗示我们的学生的责任，说话人的身份差别，整个our student是做为of的宾语.
